Job Description

Document Control Specialist Opportunity Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Document Control Specialist to join their client's team in California. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and efficiency in document management. The role involves both physical and digital file management, requiring a candidate who can maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of quality control. Key Responsibilities Review and organize physical HR and personnel files Scan and digitize documents using designated scanning equipment Accurately label and rename files following internal guidelines Upload and organize digital files within OneDrive Ensure all documents are properly categorized and easily searchable Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information Assist with shredding and recycling outdated materials Follow established processes for document management and quality control Qualifications 1+ years of experience in administrative support, records management, or filing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with document scanning and digitization preferred Comfortable working with both physical and digital file systems Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, file naming, folder organization) Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently Work Hours Monday -
Friday:
8:30am - 5pm.
Compensation Max Pay:
$27.00 per hour
Min Pay:
