Job Description
Job Description Overview We are seeking a contracted Documentation Content Specialist/Graphic Designer to support our Instructional Design team by cleaning up, standardizing, and organizing customer‑facing documentation. This role will focus on improving the consistency, usability, and visual quality of existing tools, SOPs, and job aids that currently vary in format, branding, and complexity. This is a remote, short‑term engagement supporting onboarding and enablement programs for customer‑facing teams (Sales, Customer Support, Academy). Key Responsibilities Review a large set of existing customer‑facing documents, including: Tools SOPs Job aids Identify and flag: Outdated or redundant documentation Inconsistencies in formatting, structure, and complexity Clean up and organize documentation, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency Standardize documents to align with brand standards, including: Color palettes Imagery Layout and visual consistency Improve overall presentation and structure across materials Work closely with the Instructional Design team to support onboarding programs for customer‑facing teams We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
