$25.00 - $30.00 per hour About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Specialist_Admin I to support a fast-paced Documentation Services team. This position plays a key role in managing engineering and project documentation, supporting records lifecycle activities, and ensuring accurate handling of both electronic and physical records. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working with technology and document systems, and confident communicating with cross-functional teams. This role is well suited for someone interested in records management, document control, construction documentation, or engineering support functions. Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance with internal document control procedures, engineering standards, and corporate records management policies Support engineering project handover activities within Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) Serve as a project administrator by: Creating and closing project spaces Managing user access and permissions Adding or removing project members Assisting with approval workflows and turnover package coordination Collaborate with project teams to define and organize record deliverables and documentation standards Assign drawing numbers, document identifiers, and equipment tag numbers Provide native drawing files and documentation to internal and external customers Process printing, scanning, and large-format document requests while ensuring equipment functionality Upload and organize files within electronic document repositories Archive paper records for offsite storage Train project teams on records management procedures and documentation standards Assist with requests from regulatory or compliance-related agencies Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 0-5 years of related experience in document control, records management, engineering support, construction administration, or similar fields Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with databases, electronic filing systems, and multiple file formats including PDF, Word, and Excel Strong communication skills with the confidence to ask questions and collaborate with teams Ability to follow documentation standards and maintain data accuracy Preferred Qualifications College coursework or technical school background in Engineering, Construction, or Document Management Experience with corporate records or documentation management systems Familiarity with Autodesk Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar project management platforms Additional Information Experience in a regulated industry is not required Training will be provided on applicable compliance and documentation standards Candidates with experience in document control or records management are encouraged to apply Understanding of ALCOA documentation principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate) is a plus Interview Process One virtual interview #
