- This is an in-person position available at our Denver (80238) office.
- The Documents and Collection Site Management (DCSM) Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records within our proprietary system for collection sites, donors, and clients.
This entry-level role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments and external vendors, including a great deal of interaction with a network of Occupational Health Clinic vendors, collection facilities, and laboratories for the coordination and maintenance of vendor services and drug screening results. The DCSM Specialist will also interact with data entry, which includes entering and processing received testing documents, creating test cases within the proprietary system, and contacting collection facilities as needed. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, capable of handling large volumes of data with precision, and excels both independently and in team environments. Outstanding customer service is essential for success in this position. Specific Duties include but are not limited to: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and initiate outbound calls for follow-up or information gathering related to department tasks Handle and organize large volumes of information to ensure timely and precise workflow processing Review and process various types of documents, ensuring compliance with specific requirements Process received documents and accurately create cases in the i3screen platform Meet and maintain turnaround time expectations in line with company standards Communicate and respond to all customer email requests Contact the collection facilities to acquire the necessary forms and information as required Establish and manage accounts with collection sites on behalf of clients Ensure accurate data provisioning by preparing and maintaining site documentation Communicate pricing details to clients effectively and clearly Process supply orders accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients Participate in special projects as assigned Other tasks as assigned To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
