Summary For more information about our company, visit CuranaHealth.com. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inbound Document Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will manage and process incoming documents efficiently and accurately. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming documents such as medical records, pharmacy requests, and provider orders. Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents received. Ensure documents are distributed and archived according to company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming documents. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Daily expectation is to process 280 documents per day. Qualifications Proven experience as a Document Specialist, Document Controller, or similar role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using document management software and tools. Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or relevant field are a plus.
