Records Specialist Pay:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

The Records Specialist works within a structured, high‑volume environment that directly supports reporting obligations to agencies such as DCF and other regulatory partners. Key Responsibilities of the Records Specialist Manage and maintain case‑related documentation, including pulling, reviewing, and organizing records as the Records Specialist Perform record redactions and ensure sensitive information is handled in compliance with regulatory requirements as the Records Specialist Review incident reports and upload documentation into internal systems and databases as the Records Specialist Process high volumes of requests via email, mail, and system portals while prioritizing tasks appropriately as the Records Specialist Coordinate with case management teams, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation as the Records Specialist Qualifications for the Records Specialist Prior experience in medical records, case management support, or document control environments Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a high‑volume setting Excellent organizational and communication skills with experience managing documentation and compliance processes Work Environment for the Records Specialist High‑volume, structured environment handling approximately 500 emails per week Mission‑driven organization focused on community impact and family support Collaborative setting with cross‑functional interaction across case management and compliance teams EB-2125209692
