This position plays a key role in coordinating between project managers, design teams, contractors, and municipal reviewers to ensure all plan submissions are complete, code-compliant, and properly logged for Private Provider plan review and permitting purposes. Key Responsibilities Review incoming plan submittals for completeness, proper signatures/seals, and compliance with submittal requirements. Perform initial intake quality control (QC) for plans uploaded to ProjectDox, ePlan, or PlanCheckPro.
AI. Track and log plan review cycles, revisions, and approvals for assigned projects. Coordinate directly with building departments, clients, and design teams to resolve plan deficiencies or missing documentation. Prepare and submit "Applications for Private Provider Services," routing packages for execution and notarization. Upload and maintain all plan sets, review comments, and permits within company databases and shared project folders. Assist in preparing and issuing formal transmittals, plan review summaries, and status updates. Support the Private Provider review team by generating deficiency reports and managing comment close-outs. Verify permit numbers, job site addresses, and scope consistency between plans, applications, and municipal systems. Serve as liaison between internal plan reviewers and external reviewers for efficient turnaround. Assist with internal QA/QC and coordination during multi-disciplinary review cycles. Maintain detailed project tracking logs for permit processing milestones.
