Full-Time Key Responsibilities•Engineering Documentation Specialist Lead the development, review, and standardization of SOPs for all Engineering Documentation Specialist activities related to equipment, processes, and maintenance Manage full document lifecycle including creation, revision, approval, and control to ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA standards Develop and maintain validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) ensuring all Engineering Documentation Specialist records are audit-ready Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to align documentation with operational needs Track and analyze KPIs related to maintenance performance, operational efficiency, and engineering projects Create reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize documentation systems Provide support to the Technical Director on engineering and capital projects Develop technical documentation, process flows, and assist with engineering changes Utilize CMMS systems and digital tools (Redzone, SharePoint, Microsoft Office) to manage records and reporting Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in an Engineering Documentation Specialist or similar role Experience with SOP development and validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ) Strong understanding of c

regulations, and document control processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments Knowledge of KPI tracking, maintenance metrics, and performance analysis Experience with CMMS systems and digital documentation tools Familiarity with project management methodologies Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Why Join Us as an Engineering Documentation Specialist?
