In this role, you'll process and review legal records, ensure documents are accurate and complete, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. When you join Compex, you'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions make an impact. What You'll Do Process incoming physical and electronic records. Review documents for accuracy and quality. Prepare records for processing and delivery. Accurately document orders and maintain records. Partner with internal teams to resolve client requests. Track completed work and communicate progress to management. Assist with additional projects as assigned. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative, document processing, records management, or office experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
