Job Description

at DL Evans Bank in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Responsible for booking loans, loan maintenance and balancing specifc general ledger and fee accounts. Demonstrates an advaned understanding of loan policies and procedures as well as required loan documentation. Must be able to communicate effectively with branch lending personal, Credit Admin, Special Assets and Compliance. Possesses a strong understanding of core banking systems, loan programs including core banking systems, Microsoft Office programs, Laser Pro, Loans PQ, and Laserfiche. Serves as a mentor and trainer to other less experienced loan docs specialist, loan assistants and loan officers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable lending laws and regulations including HMDA, RESPA, flood and TRID. Must have the ability to work independently without regular supervision and produce a work product that is accurate, efficient, and detailed. Communicates with branch personnel and other departments and explain lending documentation, fees, disclosures, etc., assist with completion of diverse types of loans including consumer and or commercial loans.
