Overview Join our team as an Import Documentation Specialist and become a vital part of our global supply chain operations! In this energetic role, you will ensure the seamless import process by preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary documentation to comply with international trade regulations. Your expertise will help us navigate complex customs procedures, uphold compliance standards, and facilitate efficient transportation of goods across borders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving drive success. Duties Prepare and review import documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with customers and transportation providers to facilitate smooth clearance processes. Monitor shipments throughout the import process, tracking freight movement and resolving any delays or issues promptly. Assist in managing transportation logistics by coordinating fleet movements and optimizing freight routes for efficiency Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics principles. Familiarity with Cargowise Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in document preparation and data entry. Effective communication skills for liaising with international partners, customs authorities, and colleagues. Join us in driving operational excellence through meticulous documentation management!
