Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist

Contract-to-Hire | On-Site | Elgin, IL | 2nd Shift We're hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Document / Batch Specialist to support quality documentation and batch record review in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a QA/QC background looking to grow their skills and move into a long-term role. Responsibilities Review and complete batch records according to SOPs Maintain accurate quality documentation Identify and communicate documentation issues to leadership Support GMP compliance in office and limited production settings Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control Experience with document control and batch record review Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs Proficient with Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with legible handwriting English required; Spanish a plus Schedule & Pay 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (M-F) Training on 1st shift for first few weeks Possible overtime, including weekends $20-$22/hour + $1/hour shift differential Additional Info On-site role (mostly office-based) One-step on-site interview Drug screen required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
