Annual paid time off Paid holidays Opportunity for advancement and career growth Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of document control, including the receipt, review, distribution, retrieval, and storage of engineering drawings and project documentation Assist other Document Control Clerks to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Review, maintain, and revise databook contents to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly approved prior to release Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all documentation meets customer specifications and project requirements Provide support to project staff by receiving, logging, filing, tracking, expediting, and distributing correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and quality control documentation Work with document originators and engineering personnel to resolve discrepancies and implement required revisions Review and submit vendor-required documentation in accordance with project specifications Generate and process Vendor Document Register (VDR) reports on a bi-weekly basis Maintain and update databases and submit electronic documentation using various platforms Support document lifecycle activities, including writing, editing, reviewing, and approval processes to meet deadlines Create and process Constructware reports, including Ball in Court (BIC) and Customer in Court (CIC), and assist with reporting for project meetings Receive, print, and organize customer Request for Quotations (RFQs) Greet visitors, manage sign-in/out logs, and direct guests appropriately Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Licenses/Certifications Valid Driver's License required Experience 1-3 years of related experience in an office or administrative setting preferred Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
