Burlington, MA [The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $35.38 - $44.23/hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create mechanical component and electromechanical assembly drawings in SolidWorks
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within PLM systems
• Create OST item specifications and supporting engineering documentation
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and implement drawing/BOM revisions
• Work directly with engineering teams to execute documentation updates and revisions
• Support documentation activities without owning independent design responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real-world SolidWorks experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong experience creating and modifying drawings and BOMs
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes
• Oracle PLM or PDM Vault experience is a plus
• Industry/application background is flexible — the key requirement is strong CAD documentation experience

Soft Skills:

• Able to take direction well and execute tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working from red lines and implementing requested changes
