$20.50 $22.00/hr on w2 Job Summary The Document Control Coordinator will support Quality Systems and Compliance by managing document archival processes, maintaining quality records, supporting production documentation activities, and ensuring accurate record management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the archival room and coordinate shipment of documentation to Iron Mountain. Receive, file, archive, and maintain executed quality-related records and documentation. Control access to onsite document storage areas and track document submission/removal activities. Inventory, organize, and prepare records for offsite storage. Perform data entry, documentation preparation, printing, and Excel reporting. Create, assign numbers to, track issuance, closure, and reconciliation of logbooks and laboratory notebooks. Maintain and archive quality logbooks according to established procedures. Support Device History Record (DHR) preparation for production activities. Maintain accurate record management and documentation tracking systems. Coordinate activities with internal departments and external vendors. Work independently while ensuring compliance with documentation procedures. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Associate Degree required. 0 2 years of related administrative, documentation, or records management experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Acrobat or related document management tools. Exposure to quality systems, document control, or regulated environments. entry level candidates with Associate's or Bachelor's degrees are encouraged to apply.
