Day Shift, Monday-Friday (standard business hours) Role Summary This role is a key part of the site Quality Management System, responsible for document control and site training coordination. The position ensures controlled documentation remains accurate, current, and audit-ready while also supporting employee training on procedures and quality requirements. This role supports ISOpliance, audit readiness, and operational consistency, and ensures document updates are effectively translated into training across the site. What You'll Be Doing Manage controlled documentation to ensure accuracy,pliance, and proper version control Maintain training records and support site training coordination activities Ensure document changes are reflected in training materials and rollout processes Support internal, customer, and regulatory audit activities Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and maintain procedures Monitor document control and trainingpliance metrics Support continuous improvement of QMS documentation and training systems Qualifications Experience in document control within a regulated or quality-driven environment Experience supporting or coordinating training programs Familiarity with QMS systems or electronic document management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strongmunication and collaboration skills Experience in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, automotive, etc.) preferred Benefits Highlights 5% employer 401(k) contribution plus 50% match on up to 3% employee contributions 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave with phased return-to-work option (up to 80% schedule while receiving full pay for 6 months) 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday Up to 15 caregiver days and 80 hours sick time 3 paid volunteer days annually Medical, dental, and vision plans with HSA contributions If you are interested, or know someone who may be a great fit, please or this position with them and encourage them to submit an updated resume.
