4 2 Restore, LLC is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral health services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Clinical Note Writer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of clinical notes.
Job Description:
As a Clinical Note Writer, you will be responsible for: Accurately write the clinical notes from written notes or as they are dedicated. Collaborate with healthcare provider to ensure all clinical notes are complete and accurate. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize ICANotes to input clinical notes and manage patient data.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe clinical notes from verbal dictation or written notes. Ensure all documentation meets clinical and legal standards. Review and edit clinical notes for accuracy and completeness. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify any ambiguities in the notes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English or Literature. Proven experience using Office 365. Proven experience as a clinical note writer, medical scribe, or similar role. Proficiency in using ICANotes. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
