Job Description

Sault Tribe Government Solutions LLC, a Sault Tribe Inc. ("STI Federal") company, is searching for a dynamic and skilled Profiling QC Specialist to be a key part of our expanding team! What You'll Do… As a Profiling QC Specialist, you will support our client, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) by conducting detailed quality control reviews on profiled documents to ensure compliance with SOPs, templates, and security requirements. Your work will directly support the integrity of published and archived NRC records. Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes Execute Document Profile Reviews
  • Perform in-depth QC assessments of document metadata to verify completeness and alignment with NRC templates. Ensure Compliance with SOPs
  • Identify discrepancies or errors and recommend corrective actions for document profiles. Maintain Secure Handling Standards
  • Ensure accurate classification and handling of profiled documents, particularly SUNSI and CUI content. Support Team Accuracy
  • Collaborate with profiling staff to promote continuous improvement and reduce profiling errors. Reinforce Cross-Training and Compliance
  • Participate in annual and role-specific training on system usage, SOPs, SUNSI/CUI handling, records management, safety, and customer service.

Demonstrates accountability in documenting findings and promoting improvements. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of document processing or quality control experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in library science, data management, or a related field. Experience with NRC systems or other federal regulatory documentation.
Compensation & Work Environment Salary Range:
$23
  • $27/hour, dependent on experience.
