As a Documentation Specialist, you will be the bridge between operational knowledge and standardized documentation that supports consistent service delivery and scalable success. About the Role The Documentation Specialist plays a critical role in capturing and organizing business processes across all departments. This position partners with Subject Matter Experts to gather and validate procedural content, ensuring accurate documentation that serves as the foundation for training, reference, and compliance. What You'll Do Conduct live or virtual side-by-side job shadowing sessions with team members to document processes across the organization. Analyze workflows to develop clear, structured content suitable for formal documentation. Collaborate with the Technical Writer to convert raw content into finalized procedure documents. Coordinate post-drafting validation with department heads to ensure all content is accurate and implementation-ready. Support the creation of a comprehensive documentation repository that serves the needs of all departments.
