Job Summary Loenbro is in search of a Quality Coordinator to be based out of our Cedar Rapids, IA office. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's document control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role supports project billing, contract documentation, audits, and close-out processes, while working across departments to maintain document integrity. Essential Job Responsibilities Organize, archive, and manage digital records for designated project locations. Maintain version control and track revisions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Assist in developing document control procedures and systems. Project Billing and Support. Compile invoice backup for billing and contract compliance. Resolve documentation issues with Accounting, QC, and Production Teams.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe products, and document management platforms. Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures. Strong service orientation, able to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including executives, PMs, accounting teams, and clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational capabilities.
Preferred:
Previous experience in document control or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems and overseeing digital backups is a plus.
