About the role The Documentation Specialist is a critical member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of agency documentation across all program areas. This role oversees ISP data entry reviews for billable versus non-billable services, maintains tracking of physical ISPs, and supports incident management by monitoring internal reports, investigations, and follow-ups. Working primarily out of our Sewell, NJ office, this position requires periodic travel to assigned program sites including group homes, day programs, and in-home services. The Documentation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring all documentation meets Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards and supports our mission of delivering safe, person-centered services.
