Job Description:
Overview Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Credit & Loan Documentation Control Analyst to support the management, custody, tracking, and maintenance of corporate loan documentation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate receipt, imaging, storage, and safekeeping of documentation associated with commercial and corporate credit facilities while supporting operational controls and regulatory compliance requirements. Responsibilities Support the Vault Custody function, ensuring the secure handling and storage of corporate loan and credit documentation. Receive, review, scan, image, file, and maintain transaction documentation in accordance with established procedures. Monitor document custody workflows and ensure timely processing of all incoming documentation. Serve as a point of contact for internal business partners regarding documentation inquiries, procedural controls, and vault custody activities. Troubleshoot and resolve documentation-related issues while maintaining appropriate controls and accountability. Maintain accurate records within document imaging and storage systems. Assist with monitoring vault inventory and preparing periodic status reporting. Support adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in compliance training and ensure all activities are performed in accordance with organizational standards. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. 5-10 years of experience within Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Loan Operations, Credit Administration, Documentation Control, or a related function. Strong understanding of corporate loan documentation and document custody processes. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with document imaging or document management systems preferred. ONBASE experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated, detail-oriented environment.
