in the Tuas West Region. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's critical documentation and records. Job Requirement Daily document management, like document completeness check, scan, organize. Responsible for site document distribution, and recall. Maintain accurate document list and status. Document completeness check and GDP compliance check before handover. Establish project document management procedure and training if required. Establish Project document handover procedure with client and training if required. Document coordinate with subcontractors and client if required. DC department inventory control. Other ad hoc duties as assigned What we're looking for Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar records management role Strong knowledge of document control principles, best practices, and relevant regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using document management software and related technologies Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with colleagues Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefit 5days Working Days 14days Annual leave AWS Phone Allowance Medical Insurance
