Office Assistant Center for Urban Families - 3.8 New York, NY Job Details Full-time $15 - $25 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Operations team. If you're organized, reliable, and excel at managing digital records and supporting cross-functional teams, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company. As an Office Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and security of our digital information and supporting daily operational workflows across the business. Key Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and update digital files, records, and documentation Review information for completeness and accuracy before processing Enter, verify, and manage business data across internal systems Maintain confidential company records while following data privacy standards Assist with document management and electronic filing procedures Generate routine reports and support information audits Provide administrative support to Operations, Customer Success, Procurement, and Logistics teams Identify discrepancies and help resolve data inconsistencies Maintain organized digital workflows and records management practices Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, records management, or office operations is preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Google Workspace Comfortable learning new software and business applications Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Preferred Skills Experience with cloud-based document management systems Strong time management and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with high accuracy Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack
