Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (No weekends!)

Onsite (Free parking) Quick Summary We are hiring a Document Scanning Specialist to join our offsite managed services team. You will handle the fast-paced preparation, high-speed scanning, and digital filing of physical documents. We will train you on the equipment! What You'll Do •

Prep & Scan:

Prep paper files (remove staples, clip pages) and run them through high-speed digital scanners. •

Quality Check:

Review scanned files on a computer to ensure pages are clear and correctly saved. •

Data Entry:

Use basic computer programs to log, index, and track document batches. Must-Haves •

Basic Computer Skills:

Comfortable navigating folders, files, and standard software. •

Detail-Oriented:

Fast but precise—you notice missing pages or blurry scans instantly. •

Physical Ability:

Able to lift and move document boxes up to 50 lbs. •

Education:
