Full Job Description Job Summary:
Administratively support project teams to ensure timely execution of the project. Responsible for clerical duties related to the maintenance of technical documentation and the document control system.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all appropriate review and approvals are noted on the documents and drawings. Support project document control and distribution within the company transmittal program and track responses to and from customers and vendors. Distribute incoming documents to the appropriate departments. Assist in the creation and gathering of technical documents for the operations and maintenance manuals. Prepare project documentation as needed to facilitate the end of project requirements. Other duties as needed to assist the project execution team and the Director of Order Execution.
Other Job Duties:
As a member of the Victory Energy Steam Team, your interaction and cooperation with all team members is essential to achieving our ultimate goal - providing equipment that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations.
Essential Job Qualifications:
A working knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel and Word and including MS Project. A working knowledge of 365 Teams Applications including Premier Planner. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to multitask and prioritize per project needs. Must be motivated and willing to accept large and small challenges with a positive attitude. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules. Must be able to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills; both written and verbal are required.
