MANUFACTURING DOCUMENTATION ASSOCIATE

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Documentation Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining manufacturing documentation; work instructions including test procedures to ensure our customer's specifications are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy, organization, and excellent computer skills are essential for success. We are a small company with big goals. Must be able to work in the USA due to military contracts. Responsibilities create work instructions using customer documentation. Manage document control processes in our company shared folders. Be part of the core group that ensures consistency in product builds. Perform data entry and data management tasks to maintain accurate records of production processes, quality reports, and audit documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper document version control, filing procedures, and records management practices are followed. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and records efficiently. Proficiency in data entry, data management, and administrative tasks within a manufacturing setting. Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail for work instruction accuracy. Effective communication skills with manufacturing departments. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
