  • 5:00 PM (flexible) Overview Food Manufacturer is seeking a Product Documentation Admin to support new and existing product lines in documentation, specification and labeling ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
  • Support domestic and international product lines, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in adjusting Bills of Materials and provide R D Technicians with Recipe Documents (RDP, RDU) and Recipe Development proposals
  • Issue SOP changes related to packaging and formulas, and coordinate product label content to meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain label databases, label pictures in QAD and Bartender formats, and ensure labels are available to support production schedules
  • Monitor schedule changes, communicate label printing adjustments, and assist with customer sales forms and reporting
  • Create and update specifications in Genesis and review specifications for seed oils and other ingredients
  • Support international labeling requirements, including country-specific label formats and calculating nutritional contents
  • Perform data entry and system updates to maintain accuracy in QAD and related systems
  • Support operational projects such as grease transition, tempering updates, and strainer implementation
  • Create process flow charts using Visio, manage project tracking in Excel, and support SOP documentation processes Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of technical administrative experience in a manufacturing or related environment
  • Background in food manufacturing or finished goods highly desired
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiar with Genesis, QAD, Styleline ERP, Bartender, and Monday.com systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels in English #M-3 #LI-GS1
