job summary: Randstad Digital is a seeking a Records Document Controller for an exciting opportunity at our client. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling business and technical documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards. This position plays a key role in supporting efficient document workflows and secure information management.

Reading, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $25 - 28 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Document Scanning and UploadingScan and upload physical documents into the document management system in accordance with established proceduresDocument Control and OrganizationCollect, register, and organize documents, including technical files such as drawings and blueprintsMaintain accurate document records and filing systemsDocument Review and MaintenanceReview and update documents to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with quality standardsCommunication and Version ControlNotify relevant personnel of document updates, revisions, and new releasesEnsure proper document access and usage procedures are followedCross-Functional SupportCoordinate with multiple departments to manage records and ensure accessibility for authorized usersConfidentiality and SecurityMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure document security protocols are followedContinuous ImprovementIdentify and support improvements to document management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy qualifications: Education High school diploma required Associate degree or equivalent preferred, but not required Additional training or coursework in records management or a related field is a plus Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required Experience in document control, records management, or a similar role is a plus Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication and interpersonal skills
