What You Will Do In this role, you will: Document processes and create SOP's for Operations Support and CPG teams. Review documentation provided for transitioning processes to CPG for adherence to best practices. Review existing documentation to ensure best practices are being maintained. Update documentation as necessary, distributing the updated material to the appropriate groups. Work with CPG Help Desk to ensure consistency of process and adherence to best practices. Work with the SME to facilitate any necessary training for new/updated documentation. Document and maintain library of global processes. Communicate with management regularly on high profile issues and their resolution. Monitor progress for all assigned projects and update the appropriate project management tool(s) on a proactive and timely basis. Provide Help Desk support during high volume times. Ensure final work products are of high quality, provided in a timely fashion and adhere to internal peer review guidelines. What We Are Looking For Required Professional Qualifications 2+ years of related experience Personal Qualifications Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Able to productively respond to change Excellent organization and time management skills Location This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, Texas, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US. The expected application deadline for this job is June 30, 2026. Compensation The overall salary range for this role is $65,200
  • $119,830.
For candidates residing in:
Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $74,980
  • $119,830. All other locations the salary range is $65,200
  • $104,200.
