Your impact We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with a 5-10 years of relevant experience to manage, control, and maintain project and organizational documentation in compliance with company standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficient knowledge of MS Office applications. Key Responsibilities Establish, implement, and maintain an effective Document Control system for all company and project documentation Manage the creation, review, approval, distribution, and archival of documents Ensure documents are correctly classified, numbered, filed, and stored Maintain document revision control and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, and contractors regarding document submissions and approvals Track document status and prepare document control logs, registers, and reports Ensure compliance with ISO, quality, and project-specific document control procedures Support audits by providing required documentation and maintaining traceability Safeguard confidential and sensitive information Here's what you'll need Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in engineering, construction, EPC, infrastructure, oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar industries Experience working on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 or similar Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) At Jacobs we value people.
