Job Title:
Document Management Specialist Job Description Support CMC Development by operating and sustaining document management systems, organizing and indexing regulated documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Operate and maintain document management systems (DCM and PRM). Organize and index both digital and physical regulated documentation. Execute periodic inventories and preservation activities in the Records Room. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials related to regulated documentation workflows. Essential Skills Extremely reliable with a strong sense of time urgency. Proficient in using computers, copy machines, fax machines, digital senders, and associated software. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma plus three years of related experience, or an AS degree plus one year of experience, or a BS/BA degree with zero years of experience. Related certifications in Microsoft Office tools are preferred. Directly related experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered. Work Environment Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site in Clayton, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM ET. Limited flexibility for early or late hours during audits, inventories, or peak routing periods. Occasional remote administrative tasks are acceptable when on-site work is not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
