Day, Sunday-Thursday, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) with overtime as needed. Start date:
06/01/2026 Responsibilities:
As a CDI Specialist, you will review inpatient medical records to ensure documentation accurately reflects: Severity of illness Risk of mortality Medical necessity Complexity of care You will collaborate with physicians, coders, nurses, and case management teams to improve clinical documentation and support accurate coding and reimbursement. Requirements:
