TRID Specialist

Role Overview Join a collaborative mortgage operations team focused on accuracy, compliance, and timely document processing. In this role, you'll review and correct loan documents, support audits, and help ensure files meet regulatory and company standards. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with financial or mortgage exposure who enjoys detailed work and improving processes. What You'll Be Doing

• Review loan documents for errors and make corrections to meet compliance standards
• Audit files and update documentation based on findings
• Upload, organize, and log files into document management systems
• Monitor incoming work to spot trends and prevent recurring issues
• Respond to requests for loan files, document reviews, and supporting materials
• Communicate any issues that impact document completion or deadlines
• Process requests for original and copied documents using workflow tools
• Suggest improvements to workflows, procedures, or automation Pay, Schedule & Logistics

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Setting:

Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite; most commonly Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
