Job Description
Role Overview Join a collaborative mortgage operations team focused on accuracy, compliance, and timely document processing. In this role, you'll review and correct loan documents, support audits, and help ensure files meet regulatory and company standards. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with financial or mortgage exposure who enjoys detailed work and improving processes. What You'll Be Doing
- Review loan documents for errors and make corrections to meet compliance standards
- Audit files and update documentation based on findings
- Upload, organize, and log files into document management systems
- Monitor incoming work to spot trends and prevent recurring issues
- Respond to requests for loan files, document reviews, and supporting materials
- Communicate any issues that impact document completion or deadlines
- Process requests for original and copied documents using workflow tools
- Suggest improvements to workflows, procedures, or automation Pay, Schedule & Logistics

$22/hourSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWork Setting:
Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite; most commonly Monday, Wednesday, Friday)Location:

- Experience in finance, banking, or mortgage-related work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn systems and processes

- Mortgage or loan processing experience
- Familiarity with TRID or loan compliance requirements
- Experience with document audits or file reviews
