- TRID Specialist (Entry-Level) - Mortgage Operations

- What You'll Do
- Review and resolve discrepancies in final loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Perform document audits and implement necessary corrections
- Accurately log and track documents within internal systems
- Monitor incoming work quality to identify trends and prevent recurring issues
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and reduce errors
- Respond to requests for document retrieval, mini-file reviews, and full loan files
- Communicate and escalate issues related to document processing and completion
- Process requests for original and copied loan documents based on workflow requirements
- Recommend improvements to procedures, automation, and documentation for greater efficiency
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

- Ability to manage and process high volumes of documents accurately
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in mortgage, finance, or document management (preferred but not required)

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
