• What You'll Do
• Review and resolve discrepancies in final loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform document audits and implement necessary corrections
• Accurately log and track documents within internal systems
• Monitor incoming work quality to identify trends and prevent recurring issues
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and reduce errors
• Respond to requests for document retrieval, mini-file reviews, and full loan files
• Communicate and escalate issues related to document processing and completion
• Process requests for original and copied loan documents based on workflow requirements
• Recommend improvements to procedures, automation, and documentation for greater efficiency
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
