Duration:
Temp-to-Hire Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support daily mailroom and document management operations. This role is responsible for high-volume mail sorting, document scanning, digital archiving, quality control, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Sort and distribute high-volume incoming and outgoing mail. Scan, process, and archive digital documents accurately. Maintain workflow logs, records, and related documentation. Perform quality checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness. Support shipping and receiving activities as needed. Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives. Collaborate effectively with team members and internal departments. Follow established procedures while adapting to changing priorities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of office, mailroom, document processing, or related experience. Experience with document scanning and digital records management preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures preferred. Experience operating copiers, scanners, and office equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally (assistance available when needed). Ability to stand for extended periods while sorting mail. Ability to sit as needed throughout the workday. Work Environment Business casual attire with comfortable shoes. Parking garage available; parking validation or parking pass provided.
