Job Description

Job Summary:
Manages company documents while ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. Furthermore, this position will help Clayens adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information, and assist with other necessary duties within the quality department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Store, manage and track company documents. Maintain master document control list. Scans and uploads documentation in accordance with established processes. Organize and maintain documents, adhering to company document lifecycle procedures including archiving obsolete and inactive records. Maintain and update electronic information systems, distribute approved documents, and verify accuracy of all documentation. Review and edit documents submitted for revision changes or updates. Creation of JDP's prior to product launch. Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of all Job Data Packages (JDPs), including updating the documentation in a timely manner. Perform Internal Audits and manage internal audit schedule. Manage the completion of internal audits by other auditors, ensuring they are completed on time. Assists with record and data collection activities. Assist with PPAP documentation completion. Assist with material compliance documentation such as conflict mineral reporting. Assist and update all Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation per the direction of the Quality Manager and all process responsible parties. Train employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery when needed. Actively work on continuous improvement of processes and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 1-year production and process knowledge in manufacturing. Familiarity with regulated industry standards preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to successfully complete all assigned trainings. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Familiarity with
ISO 9001
Familiarity with creating work instructions Some familiarity with PPAP's (Production Part Approval Process).
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
