Job Description

CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate Office Coordinator/Documentation Specialist to join our team in in our Dumas, TX office. Who We Are CHC Solutions, Inc. provides medical supplies to patients with a focus on outstanding customer service. We are headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA and have multiple locations throughout the Eastern United States. We receive an order from doctors and their staff, verify the products are covered by the patient's insurance, the supplies are shipped to them, and we bill their insurance. Everything we do is about improving the patient experience. Caring is the difference. Your Responsibilities As a Office Coordinator/Documentation Specialist , your future position responsibilities will include the following: Represent CHC Solutions in the designated office location for accreditation surveys and site inspections by all regulatory agencies. Represent the assigned local office as member of the safety committee. Ensure the location adheres to all local, state and regulatory safety guidelines. Follow current workflow process to ensure timely follow up on assigned accounts. Contact patients, physician's offices, and internal resources to obtain information and documentation needed for insurance billing. Perform research to identify documentation errors or issues and bring them to resolution. Communicate documentation related issues to sales representatives or the appropriate CHC employees. Follow up on outstanding documentation that has not been received until it is returned and the order is billable prior to exceeding timely filing limits. Respond to customer calls, or written inquires in a timely manner. Work with customers and the Company sales team to resolve account issues as needed. Comply with all applicable CHC Solutions Inc. payment policies, procedures, and patient protocols. Complies with all current government regulations and professional standards, including voluntary compliance plans. What You Bring When you apply for this position, you will meet the following qualifications: Previous office lead experience in a health care environment Ability to provide excellent customer service. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and accurately both orally and in writing. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
