Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to oversee the organization, management, and integrity of our company's documentation processes. In this vital role, you will ensure that all documents adhere to quality management standards, including ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in document management systems and organizational skills will support our commitment to excellence, accuracy, and efficiency across all departments. Duties Document Control Job Description Responsible for controlling all project related documentation from PO acceptance until final documents are concluded. Set up DTL (Document Transmittal List) at beginning of project either in Gaumer standard format or per customer SDRL (Supplier Document Requirement List). Work with project manager on submittal requirements for custom projects. Coordinate with project team to ensure customer document deliverables are submitted on time and correctly. Communicate with customer document control department as required. Attend internal/customer meeting's as needed with project team. Responsible for all copy work, issuing and re-issuing of internal drawings/documents as received from other departments. This includes copies for all required departments on initial issue, voiding and replacing when re-issued. Maintain log for departmental signatures on drawings re-issued. Receive customer comments and distribute to applicable departments for handling. Generate and populate documents sent, customer comments folders in computer. Compile and prepare Instruction & Operating Manual at conclusion of project. Qualifications Proven experience in document control or records management within a regulated environment such as medical devices or manufacturing industries Proficiency with document management systems like SharePoint, ERP systems, and other electronic filing tools Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for filing, proofreading, and data entry tasks Familiarity with quality management principles and procedures related to document control processes Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines Prior administrative experience combined with technical writing skills is highly desirable Join us to contribute your expertise in document control while advancing your career in a dynamic environment committed to quality excellence. Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
