job summary: We are looking for a Document Control Specialist in the Houston, TX or Duluth, MN areas. Join our client, an inclusive company leading the way to a sustainable energy future! Houston, Texas job type: Contract salary: $70.03 - 73.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive document control and records turnover services for Gas Transmission projects throughout their lifecycle to meet Our Client's specifications.

Manage engineering and vendor data uploads into Kahua, ensuring accurate asset tagging, file management, and alignment with commissioning records.

Compile, audit, and validate project turnover documentation, metadata, and asset data utilizing tools like Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to rectify record deficiencies and ensure the timely turnover of Final Vendor Data Books.

Provide technical leadership by interpreting business requirements, developing data management standards, and recommending process improvements.
