40-45/hr Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control to manage and maintain the accuracy, quality, and flow of project documentation across multiple stakeholders. This role supports document control processes throughout the full project lifecycle and ensures alignment with internal standards and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and process project documentation using document management systems. Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes, project requirements, and contractual obligations. Coordinate document workflows between contractors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to improve efficiency. Provide guidance on document control procedures and systems to project teams. Support planning and implementation of document control processes for field and site operations. Monitor and maintain document accuracy, quality, and timely progression through workflows. Track document status, maintain logs, and ensure proper record-keeping. Identify and implement improvements to document control processes and workflows. Support documentation efforts across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations phases. Participate in meetings, prepare reports, and support overall document control team activities. Proactively research, retrieve, and validate document-related data to support project needs. equirementsExperience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within large-scale project environments (e.g., construction, engineering, or similar industries). Experience working with electronic document management systems is preferred.Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
