This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment between customer requirements and finalized documentation. Key Responsibilities Ensure quality control over testing documentation and certifications Review and match customer purchase orders (POs) to finished certifications for accuracy and completeness Verify that correct specifications and standards are applied to all certifications Maintain organized filing of purchase orders and certification records Distribute completed certifications to customers in a timely manner Review and verify pricing accuracy on customer POs Support internal processes to maintain documentation consistency and compliance
Qualifications Preferred:
5+ years of experience in quality control, document control, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage and track documentation accurately Basic understanding of quality standards, certifications, or testing processes is a plus Proficiency with standard office systems (Excel, document management systems, etc.) Strong communication skills Work Environment Office-based position located in Houston, Texas Standard 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) Collaborative team environment supporting operations and quality assurance Why Join Tejas Stable, full-time schedule Opportunity to build experience in quality and compliance processes Hands-on role with direct impact on customer satisfaction and operations
