Full-Time About the Role The JAAW Group LLC is seeking a Documentation Specialist to support the MOCTT at Quantico, VA. This position is responsible for producing, managing, and maintaining mission-critical doctrinal publications, training materials, and knowledge management systems in support of Marine Corps C2 training operations. Responsibilities Develop and revise doctrinal publications, pamphlets, battle drills, and training materials in compliance with Navy/Marine Corps Correspondence Manual standards Produce AARs, executive summaries, and COC performance assessments in standardized, decision-ready formats Manage the MOCTT SharePoint portal with metadata tagging, version control, and systematic document lifecycle management Draft and edit complex doctrinal documents in compliance with USMC writing and reproduction guidance Produce camera-ready, print-quality documents using Adobe FrameMaker and Microsoft Office 365 Maintain master files for pamphlets, COC battle drills, and lesson plans Provide institutional feedback and draft recommended updates to joint and Marine Corps doctrinal publications Track assignments against Quarterly Work Plans and MSTP Doctrine & Pamphlet SOPs Collaborate with instructors and SMEs to capture lessons learned from training events and integrate findings into documentation Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in doctrinal writing, technical publications, and manual development Active Secret clearance Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker Knowledge of Navy/USMC Correspondence Manual standards Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience with Marine Corps doctrinal writing and
MSTP/MOCTT
programs Familiarity with SharePoint administration and knowledge management systems Prior military service or DoD documentation experience
