Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain both physical and electronic legal records. Manage the daily scanning, uploading, indexing, and retrieval of legal documents. Perform electronic filings and ensure all documents are accurately named and categorized within the document management system. Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to process file and document requests promptly. Support file audits, archiving efforts, and records retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

Previous experience handling legal records; law firm background is a plus. Proficient in using iManage or comparable document management platforms.
