Job Description
Hill International is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Seattle, Washington Bachelor's or 2 years Associate's degree preferred. 5 + years of experience. Strong understanding of document control principles, versioning, and records management. Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location. Responsible for maintenance, organization, storage and retrieval of project and administrative documents. Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed. Maintain accurate version control, revision history, and document status. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor document compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure document requirements are clearly understood and met. Respond to document-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Support onboarding and training of project staff on document control processes.
