Job Description

As an SBA Loan Documentation Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our SBA 7a team by ensuring loan documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant. Your behind-the-scenes work helps SBA loans move smoothly from application through servicing. If you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoy supporting complex processes in a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in SBA and commercial banking. What You'll Do Enter and maintain SBA loan data in SBA and Bank systems Process guaranty fees and track loan-related expenses Order and track due diligence items such as appraisals, title policies, flood certifications, and environmental reports Complete required searches including UCC, SAMs, CAIVRS, and OFAC Organize application packages into a standardized electronic format Upload documents to SBA systems and assist with submissions Prepare SBA purchase packages and SBA litigation plans Provide general support to the SBA team What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment What Makes You a Great Fit One year or more of general banking experience Prior experience supporting lending or SBA documentation A collaborative team player with problem-solving skills
