Job Title:
TDP Administrator (AAP) Job Description This part-time role involves coordinating the Technical Development Program (TDP) to enhance the skills and performance of technical associates at various locations. The position aims to improve on-the-job performance and achieve manufacturing characteristic targets through effective organization and communication. Responsibilities Lead the administration of TDP to ensure technical associates are equipped with necessary skills for high-level performance. Schedule classes, resources, and students for technical training sessions. Manage student progression in development programs by analyzing data and performing PDCA to ensure timely graduation. Collaborate with customers across manufacturing facilities to meet development needs and achieve business goals. Maintain training records in compliance with corporate retention policy. Work cross-functionally with trainers, designers, and management to meet learning needs. Support reporting processes to analyze and report data illustrating business impact. Assist in the support of all TDD learning management systems at manufacturing facilities. Essential Skills Proficiency in training documentation and learning management systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in administrative support. Proficiency in MS Office. Training or educational background. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to bend, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Experience in pushing/pulling equipment. Moderate strength in activities such as reaching, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking. Possession of a valid driver's license for driving a car. Work Environment This position is based onsite, requiring 32 hours a week at the AIDT training center. The role does not involve exposure to combustible liquids, compressed gases, extreme temperatures, or flammable gases. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
