You will join the Tech & AI Skills Learning team in a full-time role at the center of shaping how our internal McKinsey Technology Ecosystem (TE) builds and sustains world-class technical capability. You will sit at the intersection of learning, technology, and AI-enabled transformation, with a mandate to design and deliver high-impact upskilling initiatives for engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product managers, designers, and other critical tech roles across TE. You will work directly with senior technology leaders and stakeholders to ensure our colleagues remain at the forefront of technology and AI. You will own and execute priority learning initiatives end to end- from needs analysis and problem definition through design, development, deployment, and impact measurement.

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred 3+ years of professional experience, including hands-on experience in a technical or closely related role (e.g., software engineering, data science, data engineering, product engineering, technical program management, or similar), ideally in a technology-led or innovation-driven environment Interest in or experience with capability building, learning design, or knowledge sharing, demonstrated through prior experience (e.g., onboarding, documentation, internal training, mentoring, or similar)Demonstrated Technical Credibility:
Practical experience contributing to, building, or deploying technical solutions; ability to engage effectively with engineers, data scientists, and product teams on tools, workflows, and AI-enabled practicesEnd-to-End Ownership and Delivery Mindset:
Proven ability to independently scope, manage, and deliver projects from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes; comfortable operating with ambiguity and accountabilityStrong Problem Solving and Structured Thinking:
Ability to break down complex problems, synthesize inputs, and translate technical needs into clear, actionable solutionsEffective Communication and Translation Skills:
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences, distill complex concepts into practical learning interventions, and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholdersStrong Organizational and Execution Skills:
