job summary: Seeking a highly skilled Corporate Environmental Manager to lead and standardize environmental compliance across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is essential to the core mission of sustainable development, ensuring that the production sites meet and exceed federal, state, and local regulatory standards while continuing to build the foundation for crucial ingrastructure projects across the country.

Festus, Missouri job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manages the preparation, submission, and timely renewal of critical environmental permits and compliance certifications, with a primary focus on Title V air permitsDirects and supports plant teams in monitoring and managing regulated pollutants using Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS)Conducts routine site visits, risk assessments, and environmental audits to proactively identify and resolve compliance gaps before regulatory escalationPartners directly with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot live environmental issues affecting production and collaborate on CAPEX projectsServes as the primary corporate technical resource, training and coaching site-level environmental engineers and operational staff across multiple facilitiesMonitors evolving federal and local laws (CAA, CWA, RCRA), ensuring consistent compliance strategies are standardized and implemented across all plant sites qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 7 years of experience
