Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience Experience in stormwater management, inspections, environmental compliance, public works, or related fields Valid North Carolina Driver's License Ability to obtain Stormwater Control Measures Inspection & Maintenance Certification within one year Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field Municipal stormwater or public works experience Experience with GIS, ArcGIS, CAD, or infrastructure mapping software Knowledge of
NPDES MS4
